Why do I see Instead Reload error when scanned app for first time

This error happen when the reload failed and it is resolved as the cache service try to reload the app that had error and succeeded

 

Why I don't see any apps when tried for request access?

If the Apps (from the stream which you are looking to get access) are not scanned in SAM, we don't see them on request access page.

Why Do I see multiple Section Access? If the User reverts the Activated/Scanned App multiple times, we see as many Section access’s as many times we did revert the App with latest Section Access uncommented and with the latest SA Script.

 

What is the difference in Revert App and Inactive App.

When reverting an app - SAM Section is removed and Section Access is reverted back(uncommented) as before scanning.

When inactivating an app -SAM Section is removed but Section Access is not reverted, it remains same (commented)

 

How to View the Logs

In the Browser

Open the SAM URL and add /log after port no.
ex. https://demo.ebiexperts.dev:59373/log

{{serverURL}}/log- too see the cache logs

Go to log\wipcacheservice to see wipcacheservice logs
https://demo.ebiexperts.dev:59373/log/wipcacheservice

Go to log\wipapicore to see core logs
https://demo.ebiexperts.dev:59373/log/wipapicore

On the Server

Log on to the server on Which SAM is installed and open the folder where SAM is installaed
and go to folder wip\log
C:\ebiexpertsWIP_Services\SAM2_59373\wip\log

Go to log\wipcacheservice to see wipcacheservice logs
C:\ebiexpertsWIP_Services\SAM2_59373\wip\log\wipcacheservice

Go to log\wipapicore to see core logs
C:\ebiexpertsWIP_Services\SAM2_59373\wip\log\wipapicore.
