Reprocess a File

For some reasons like network error and on, files end up in processing error and need to be reprocessed. This can be achieved as follows:-

  • Select the files that a reprocess is required and changed the “Proc Status” to “To Be Processed” as shown below

 

  • Please note the status of the File as shown below

 

  • Wait for while for the processor to reprocess the file

 

 

Nb: To reprocess a files, processor should have already been configured. Please refer to the link if ever processor need to be activated

If the file remain in “ProcessingError”, please collect the log file and send to support for analysis:-

  1. Delete all logs under the folder “C:\ProgramData\ebiexperts\WIP Web Server\webapp\log\

  2. Activate log file as shown in the link Log Activation and Collection

  3. Reproduce the error that is change back the status of a file to “To Be Processed” and wait for the processor to finish process the file

  4. Make a zip copy of the log folder and send to support for analysis
