Delete a specific Version

  • Select the required file:

     

  • Double click on the file and the following screen will open:

 

  • Click “Versions” on the right. The following screen will be shown:

 

  • Select the last version (in that case 1.0.4)

 

  • Click the “Delete” button and this message will pop up.

 

 

  • Click the Yes button and the selected version will be deleted

Nb: Always delete the last version first. Exemple a file has version 1.0.0. 1.0.1, 1.02 and 1.0.3. Delete the last version and then proceed to the next ( start from 1.0.3). Deleting version 1.0.1 and keep 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 will break the hierarchical structure
