Nb: To reprocess a files, processor should have already been configured. Please refer to the link if ever processor need to be activated
If the file remain in “ProcessingError”, please collect the log file and send to support for analysis:-
Delete all logs under the folder “C:\ProgramData\ebiexperts\WIP Web Server\webapp\log\
Activate log file as shown in the link Log Activation
Reproduce the error that is change back the status of a file to “To Be Processed” and wait for the processor to finish process the file
Make a zip copy of the log folder and send to support for analysis
