License
List of existing license can be viewed from Admin-> Global Config->License tab.
Click on Add license to add license
user session is terminated as soon as license is saved and he has to relogin.
SAM Options
Admin can view the Cache cycle and SAM Scan cycle time once on the SAM Options Section of the Admin Page.
Select any of the SAM Auto Gen Script options No / If Auto / If Manual / Both as per his requirements and click on Save.
No: Apps will be scanned but they will be in status ScannedOK
If Auto: If App is not having section access scanned, their status will be Active and for others status is ScannedOK
If Manual: If App is having section access scanned, their status will be Active and for others status is ScannedOK
Both: For all Apps after scanning the status will be changed to active, if they do not have scan errors.
Sync Timings
Cache Cycle Time: - It updates the apps (use repository last cache) and actors from qlik sense and by default it is 1 min (60000ms)
Sam Scan Cycle Time: It scans the applications for the Reverse Engineer based on the time interval and by default it is 2 min (120000ms)
QMC Scan Cycle Time (Hours):It is the time after which (the selected hours), we will Scan the whole QMC in order to find deleted apps and by default it is 8 hours (28800000ms)
App Scan Limitation (GB): It is the max size of the app which can be scanned in QMC and its default value 5GB
Allow Only External - If Checked (Yes)- User will be able to scan only External apps and if app is not in SAM_ExtRules table, we see error message -'Application not found in the table SAM_ExtRules' while scanning the app.
User can Revert All Apps using the Revert All Apps button
NOTE: We can change the values of Cache Cycle Time and SAM Scan Cycle Time, but SAM Scan Cycle Time should be always greater than Cache Cycle Time.
We can Restore the default values if they are changed using ‘Restore Default’ button.
SMTP server can be configured to send receive emails per the client requirements.
