Below are the Hardware Requirements before we start installing SAM(Section Access Manager)

  • Port - 59372 have to be opened on the firewall (bi-directional) to get access to SAM

  • Minimum version on server should be dot Net Version 7

  • Windows Server WIN 10 /11/ 2016/2019(We Tested on this server)

  • Browser Supported - Edge / Chrome / Firefox (NOTE: IE is not supported)

  • Databases needed are mysql / MS SQL Server

  • User should have access to below Data Connections

  • WIP-SAM-AppsFolder

  • WIP-SAM-IncludeFolder

  • WIP-SAM-RestApi.
