Now we can manage PowerBI apps in WIP
Pre-requisite
One should have one Power BI Account with access to minimum two work spaces.
Configure Server
Login as VMMANAGER and go to server
Click on Add server and select Power BI
Enter the details as below
Name: Name of the server
Directory (tenant) ID - id of the tenant
Application (client) ID - client id
Secret Key - secrete api key
Click on Save and Test Power BI server.
We should see success. and list the count of workspaces.
Add the Server - Environment as needed (ex DEV/ UAT/PRD)
Add the Security groups as needed
Add Tasks as needed
Import the users for the server as needed
Import the groups as needed

Login and Check in the app
Log in to application
Select the Power BI server env which we added earlier
In the pop up enter the username and password and click on login.
User will be redirected to Manage content ->Power BI
Create a new package or select any existing package and, click on the Power BI icon to expand the server and to view available workspaces and applications belonging to them.
Expand the workspace and select one or more the app (report or sementecmodel or both) to check in
App should be checked in WIP power BI
Click on the Destinations and set the destination by using the stream where app needs to be published
Select the app which you want to publish and select the stream and publish it
NOTE: Publish the Semantic model first.

After app is published
check the status on publication history after app is published
Check out, modify and Check in the app
Log in to application
Chek in any app
And click on check out
We see lock for the checked-out app.
Update / modify the semantic model
Check-in app after the modifications
New version gets generated after the app is checked in
