Additional steps for BI 4.2 SP7 and newer SAP version after 4.2 SP7

  • Stop all WIP Services (WIP Web Server,WIP SAP Service,WIP Processor and WIP Tracker Service if installed)

  • Launch WIP Setup

 

 

Please chose the following Assembly version in the drop down for the corresponding SAP version

  • For SAP Version 4.X.X to 4.2SP6. This assembly need to be chosen in the drop down “BO Version from 4.X.X to 4.2 SP6”

  • For SAP version 4.2 SP7 to 4.2 SP8. This assembly need to be chosen in the drop down “BO Version from 4.2.SP7 to 4.2 SP8”

  • For SAP version 4.3. This assembly need to be chosen in the drop down “BO Version from 4.3 onwards”

 

  • Once done, Click Apply and the OK button

  • Restart all services in the order SAP Service, WIP Web Server and WIP Processor
