FWM 10002 :- An exception occurred that prevents the reading or writing of an object to or from storage

We got an error message on publishing an IDT file.

 

 

The error arises as a result of the WIP searching for the jar in the wrong path, you are therefore requested to proceed with the following steps:-

  • Stop all WIP Services (WIP Web Server,WIP SAP Service,WIP Processor and WIP Tracker Service if installed)

  • Edit the file WipDbSettings.config located in the directory <InstallWIP>\WIP Web Server\webapp where <InstallWIP> is the install directory of WIP. For example: C:\ProgramData\ebiexperts\WIP Web Server\Webapp

  • Change the BOJavaCustomSdkPath to the java default directory of the SAP client as shown below:-

<BOJavaCustomSdkPath><SAP Client Install>\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\java\lib</BOJavaCustomSdkPath>

Where SAP Client Install is the install directory of the SAP client for examples :-

 

  • <BOJavaCustomSdkPath>C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\java\lib</BOJavaCustomSdkPath>

 

  • Save the files

  • Restart all services in the order SAP Service, WIP Web Server and WIP Processor

  • Once, all the services have restarted. Please go to server test all the SDK

 

  • If all the above test succeed, please redo a check-in and test the publish
